Requirements

  • An active myCloudPBX Voice Service.
  • A user configured on the PBX, either Softphone or Deskphone is fine.
  • A Mac or Windows based computer.

Enable your CRM Integration

This is done by following the setup guide specific to your CRM.

Once you have enabled the CRM Integration of choice, all users on your PBX can now sign into the application on their computer.
