Plug the Amazon Firesticks into the HDMI port of each TV onsite.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Menu TV (usually the TV directly opposite the POS system) will be powered using the TV’s USB port, not the Firestick.
Use the USB port on the TV to power the Firestick.
You might see a warning message that the power is insufficient for the Firestick. Click “OK” to ignore the warning and proceed.
When you first turn on the Firestick, you will be prompted to sign in to Amazon.
Choose an Option to Sign In:
Option 1: If you need help signing in, please send us the sign-in code that appears, and we’ll sign the device in for you.
Option 2: If you’d like to sign in on your own, use your Amazon or Google account:
Amazon / Google Account (Set up your own account if needed):
Username: Use your own Amazon or Google email address.
Password: Enter your password for your Amazon or Google account.
On your Firestick, go to the App Store and search for Athena Player.
Download and install the Athena Player app on each TV.
Unlock the app by entering the following PIN code when prompted: 969837.
Once Athena Player is installed, you’ll be asked to enter a Partner Code.
If you don’t have the code yet, please let us know, and we’ll provide it.
You’ll also need to provide us with the following information:
Partner Code (provided to you)
Screen Orientation (portrait or landscape)
Position within the store (where the screen is located in relation to others in the store)
Pictures of the screen location (helpful for us to assist you remotely)
Once we receive the details above, our team will connect your screens on the backend.
After this, you should start seeing changes and content appear on your screens.
Make sure your TVs are powered on and that the Firesticks are properly connected.
Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input where the Firestick is plugged in.
If you experience any issues with screen orientation or content display, please send us pictures of the setup, and we’ll assist you further.
