When prompted to select the signage player or app install method:
Select Install via URL, URL Launcher, or Custom App.
Enter the following URL exactly:
Confirm the URL.
Allow the screen to download and install the CommBox Signage application.
Do not install the app by USB. The URL method is required because it allows CommBox Signage to receive future updates correctly.
4. Launch CommBox Signage
After installation, restart the screen.
CommBox Signage should start automatically.
If it does not start automatically:
Press Home on the Samsung remote.
Select URL Launcher or Custom App.

If URL Launcher is not available:
Press Menu.
Go to System.
Select Play via.
Change it to Custom App or URL Launcher.
Restart the screen and try again.
5. Confirm the date and time
CommBox Signage relies on the screen’s date, time, and timezone for security and scheduling.
To check or update this:
Press Menu.
Go to System.
Select Time.
Confirm the date, time, timezone, and daylight saving settings are correct.
Incorrect time or timezone settings may stop the screen from registering or downloading content correctly.
6. Add the screen to CommBox Signage
Once CommBox Signage is running, the screen should display a 6-digit Identity Code.
In the CommBox Signage portal:
Log in to the CommBox Signage portal.
Go to Deploy.
Click Add Screen.
Enter the 6-digit Identity Code shown on the TV.
Give the screen a clear name, such as the site name and screen location.
Assign the correct licence.
Save the screen.
Once added, the screen should connect to the portal and begin receiving its assigned playlist/content.
7. Returning to CommBox Signage settings
If CommBox Signage is already running and you need to return to the screen that shows options such as Get Playlist or Settings:
